Cheer Programs

We have a team for everyone, from beginner to a seasoned veteran. Our athletes learn to develop their individual skills, as well as their team building skills, allowing for individual goal achievement and team advancement.

Rec Cheer

Tumbling Classes

Athletes work on skills such as cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks and more. Every class includes flexibility and conditioning to help improve strength. With classes divided into levels to ensure every athlete is challenged.

Recreational Classes

All of the classes listed below are a part of our Class Program.​
In addition to these classes we also have skill specific classes for acro (aerials and stands), flexibility, handsprings, tucks & layouts, twisting skills.

Due to COVID-19 we are no longer offering the drop in feature for our Class Program. Athletes must register online for each class they would like to attend.
Maximum of 7 athletes per class will be allowed.

Acro Tumbling

Designed for dancers to learn aerials, back/front walkeovers and tucks. These classes also include some flexibility and conditioning elements to help build strength.

Private, semi-private classes and group classes are available. Classes for a studio can be set up, with a minimum number of dancers.

Sunday through Friday from 3pm – 9pm on the hour.

Learn to Cheer

This is the perfect class to learn about all-star cheerleading. This a low cost, low commitment program designed to teach your athlete all the basic skills required to be a great all-star cheerleader.

No experience necessary. All ages welcome.

Learn to Tumble

This is the perfect class to learn the basics in tumbling. This program is designed to teach your athlete the basics tumbling skills such as front/back rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs and develop their bridge and bridge kickovers.

Tiny Cheer

This introductory program is for kids age 3 – 6 years old.

​Tiny cheer is a great way to introduce your young athlete to world of all star cheerleading. This is a low cost, low commitment program to teach your athlete all the basic skills required to be a great cheerleader and athlete. With practices once a week, your child will also develop listening skills and learn to work with others. A great way to help prepare them for their future. The team will also learn a routine, that will be preformed for family and friends through out the year.

Handsprings

Athletes learn front and back handsprings, as well as learning how to connect this skill to other skills.

Tucks/Layouts

Athletes learn front and back tucks, as well as learning how to connect this skill to other skills.

Walkovers

Athletes learn front and back walkovers, as well as learning how to connect this skill to other skills.

Strength and Flex

Great class for athletes to work on overall body flexibility and core strength.

No Show fee of $25 + HST will be charged if you do not show for a class.

Day Camps

Day camps are a great chance to for athletes to learn, improve and perfect tumbling skills.

Doors open for drop off at 8:30am

Before & After Care available with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
$5 per child per half hour

Day camps are available during:

  • Summer holiday
  • Winter holiday
  • March break
  • Durham region P.A. days

Athletes must bring their own snack and lunch (peanut, fish/shellfish free).
