We have a team for everyone, from beginner to a seasoned veteran. Our athletes learn to develop their individual skills, as well as their team building skills, allowing for individual goal achievement and team advancement.

Tumbling Classes
Due to the current pandemic, not all of our tumbling classes may be offered at this time. We are following the capacity limits set out by the Provincial Government and and Health Units to determine which classes we are able to offer to ensure the safety of all athletes, coaches and staff.
Athletes work on skills such as cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks and more. Every class includes flexibility and conditioning to help improve strength. With classes divided into levels to ensure every athlete is challenged.

Recreational & Virtual Classes

All of the classes listed below are a part of our Class Program.
In addition to these classes we also have skill specific classes for acro (aerials and stands), flexibility, handsprings, tucks & layouts, twisting skills.
Due to COVID-19 we are no longer offering the drop in feature for our Class Program. Athletes must register online for each class they would like to attend.
This class is focused on dancers working on front/back walkovers, front/back handsprings, aerials (front or side) along with various stands & jumps.
Private, semi-private classes and group classes are available. Classes for a studio can be set up, with a minimum number of dancers.
All ages welcome. This is the perfect class to learn about all-star cheerleading. This program is designed to teach your athlete all the basic skills required to be a great all-star cheerleader.
No experience necessary. All ages welcome.
All ages welcome. This is the perfect class to learn the basics in tumbling, such as front/back rolls and cartwheels.
Ages 6 and under. This is the perfect class to learn the basics in tumbling and cheer.
This program is designed to teach your athlete the basic tumbling skills such as front/back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round offs. It will also introduce the basic in all aspects of cheer; including jumps, stunts, motions and dance.
Ages 9 – 12. This is the perfect class to learn the basics in tumbling and cheer.
This program is designed to teach your athlete the basic tumbling skills such as front/back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round offs. It will also introduce the basic in all aspects of cheer; including jumps, stunts, motions and dance.
For ages 12 – 16. This is the perfect class to learn the basics in tumbling and cheer.
This program is designed to teach your athlete the basic tumbling skills such as front/back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round offs. It will also introduce the basic in all aspects of cheer; including jumps, stunts, motions and dance.
For ages 16 & up. This is the perfect class to learn the basics in tumbling and cheer.
This program is designed to teach your athlete the basic tumbling skills such as front/back rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round offs. It will also introduce the basic in all aspects of cheer; including jumps, stunts, motions and dance.
This is a great class to learn, work on or perfect your front/back handspring, and learn to get the power you need for advanced skills.
Once you have your handsprings, and round off handsprings, join this class to start working standing tucks, or tuck/layout for running tumbling.
This is a great class to learn, work on or perfect your front or back walkover.
Work on core strength and flexibility in your legs, back and shoulders. Great for dancers & cheerleaders.
The gym is open for you to jump, stunt or tumble. Ninja obstacle course can also be set up if requested. Coaches are on hand to help you out if needed.

No Show fee of $25 + HST will be charged if you do not show for a class.
Cancellations will be accepted with no penalty by 8pm the night before the class.

Day Camps
Day camp will consist of scheduled activities including but not limited to
– physical activity
– crafts
– games and activities
**Please note this is not a tumbling focused camp**
Scheduled snack and lunch breaks will occur, children are to bring their own peanut/nut free snacks and lunches. All snacks and lunches will be boomerang.
Maximum number of athletes in each camp will be determined by the capacity limits set by the Government and Health Unit.
Before & After Care available with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
$10 per child per half hour
Day camps are available during:
- Summer holiday
- Winter holiday
- March break
- Durham region P.A. days
Athletes must bring their own snack and lunch (peanut, fish/shellfish free).
