Please see our special schedule for February 16-19, 2024. Normally Cheer Strong is closed for Family Day Weekend, but this year our gym will be bursting with activity. Headlining the weekend is our special guest Coach, Tumble Chef!

Friday, February 16: All classes and practices running as normal.
Saturday, February 17: All classes and practices running as normal.
Sunday, Feburary 18: Gym Closed except for the following – Tumble Chef Classes, Posh 4pm-6pm, Diamonda 5pm-7pm
Monday, February 19: Gym Closed except for the following – Glam, Lux, Prodigy & Queens 6pm-8pm, Idols 8pm-10pm
