Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats

My boy’s really enjoy these Strawberries and Cream overnight oats, our whole family loves them. I make them the night before and just pull them out of the fridge in the morning to enjoy. You can also make them 2 hours before you want to eat them if you prefer.

Strawberries and Cream overnight oats are full of nutritious ingredients including old-fashioned oats, fresh strawberries (feel free to use frozen instead), Plain Greek yogurt, milk (or any type of milk) and chia seeds.

I love making this recipe with my 5-year-old son Grayson. He loves helping me get all the ingredients out and enjoys dumping everything in the blender. This is such an easy and healthy breakfast that the whole family can enjoy. Try it out and let me know what you think.

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients

1 cup of strawberries chopped, divided use
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. of reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
½ cup of any Milk (almond, coconut, etc)
1 tsp. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. reduced-sugar strawberry jam
¼ cup of dry rolled oats
1 Tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions

Place ½ cup strawberries, greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and strawberry jam in a blender; cover and blend until smooth.
Place oats, chia seeds, and ½ cup strawberries in a medium size container. Top with the mixture you blended in the blender; stir to combine everything. Cover tight and put in the refrigerator over night.

If you want a more liquid texture just add more milk to your liking in the morning.
